I moved to Centerville in 1989
and have always considered it home even during the few years living elsewhere. Following
an LDS mission to Bogota, Colombia, I graduated from Utah State University (Go
Aggies!) with a dual major Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics and
minors in Spanish and International Business. I went on to earn an MBA from the
University of Utah focusing my studies on finance. I married my best friend,
Emilie Dugal from Bountiful, and we are both thrilled that our four children
can enjoy being part of the Centerville community.
I am currently employed by EnerBank
USA as Vice President and Loan Portfolio Risk Manager. I have extensive finance
and banking experience having been previously employed as a bank examiner and commercial
loan analyst.
As an actively involved member of
the community I have volunteered in many capacities. I have been responsible
for organizing events, such as political conventions, ensuring all arrangements
have been made to provide for a successful outcome.
My experience in finance will
enable me to focus on responsible fiscal management. My goal is to preserve the
sense of community we enjoy in Centerville and ensure the residents’ best
interests are always met.
